• Prepare EPC bidding packages and accountable for translation of business objectives into concrete project plans and objectives. • Lead technical clarification and commercial clarification for all EPC bidders and well prepare bid evaluation form for high management review and approval.• Set up project organization and ensure sufficiency manpower is available.• Monitor the EPC project execution to ensure project on cost / schedule.• Ensure that all required Process Hazard Analysis (e.g. HAZOP, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) classification, PSSR) are scheduled, executed and closed out in applicable project phases and all of actions well followed.• Reports and presents project progress and performance regularly to Senior Management, review and assess variation proposal from EPC.• Ensure smooth, timely and adequate interaction and information flow among EPC contractor / owner / relevant 3 parties.

• Prepare cost estimation/detailed scope definition and proposed execution plan;• Manage detailed design institute and internal disciplines, ensure engineering work meet schedule and comply with procedures / standards;• Lead EIA/PAR/SIA/OSHA/FF permit acquirement and relevant reports preparation, woke close with LDI/third party/Government to accomplish project target ;• Co-ordinate procurement in the assigned project and organize technical clarification;• As acting project manager in absence of project manager to manage project.

• Prepare documents for all assigned proposals, from concept to presentation to the customer.• Prepare proposal execution plan, incl. scope, schedule, workload, and proposal cost required.• Work with team members to prepare a proposal plan that meets the objective of the proposal budget and time line.• To prepare prebid packages, technical, and commercial.• Produce estimate summaries and breakdowns for various costs of (overheads, project management, site facilities)• Evaluate and judge any criticality or risks involved in each bid.• Be able to work with a team of Senior Estimation Engineers for different disciplines and to judge the correctness of their estimates.

• Support engineering manager or project manager in the management of schedule, cost and changes.• Implement and maintain project documentations.• In charge of project coordination internally and externally.

· Prepare the process flow diagram; · Equipment duty specification issue; · Material and heat balance calculation; · Technical support for bidding.
