Pre-opening.

1）Group HOE original budget, recommend and qualify potential suppliers, track supply contracts and delivery arrangement, assist users and receiving department to receive HOE goods. 2）Conduct site inspection and qualification assessment for all suppliers before hotel opening. 3）P&P making and implementation for daily purchasing operation. 4）Original set-up and article management for MC purchasing system. 5）Negotiate and sign various supply contracts, service contracts and consignment contracts with supplier for hotel operating needs.

1）酒店筹备开业各部门所需的HOE物资的定样及供应商筛选，确保酒店开业需物资保质保量并在预算范围内及时到达；2）酒店日常供应商包括食品类供应商的资质考察及评估；3）洽谈、签署供货、服务合同；4）根据MC采购系统需求，跟进各部门日常采购申请；5）根据集团要求跟进集团采购具体项目。

Pre-opening

1、负责澳门威尼斯人及金沙酒店非食品类物资的采购。2、确保在合适的时间、合理的价格前提下采购物资，向使用部门提供有力的供应保障。 3、挑选出有成本节约机会的采购项目，根据成本节约的目标贯彻执行节约计划，每月跟踪和监测成本节约的实际情况。4、制作和不断完善不同业务的数据分析，为公司的采购战略提供有效的数据支持。5、负责平稳地转移澳门的采购业务到珠海的采购团队，确保珠海团队在包括SAP系统等的全面接收和操作。

1) Lead the Non-food team to run the operation of Zhuhai procurement for both Venetian and Sands Macao. 2）Ensure all purchasing activities are conducted timely and with reasonable prices, in order to provide potent and sufficient supply to user departments. 3) Find out potential cost saving items/area for the cost saving plan. Implement the cost saving plan in line with the given savings target.Track and monitor actual cost saving monthly. 4) Improve base case for relevant trades to provide supporting data for commodity strategy. 5) Smoothly transfer trade from Macao to Zhuhai office, ensure fully SAP operation including the activities of SR/RFQ/PR/BPO/BAW for relevant trade.

1、负责确保所有采购物资是具有竞争性价格的,并能达到酒店需要的质量要求；2、保证日常采购物资及采购过程符合相关法律法规的规定；3、不断选择优化供应商资源；4、确保最大程度使用集团批量购买力来取得采购物资的更佳价格、服务。

1）Ensure all goods and materials are purchased at the competitive price and meet the quality standards set by the hotel. 2) Maintain ethical and legal business practices and to avoid conflict of interest within the procurement cycle. 3) Selection of suitable suppliers and comprehensive supply base management. 4) Ensure maximum use of Starwood's volume purchasing power in obtaining the best price for goods and materials pruchased.

1、主持采购部全面工作，确保各项采购任务顺利完成。2、协助酒店各部门制定采购计划与预算。3、熟悉掌握酒店所需各类物资的名称、型号、规格、单价、用途和产地，检查购进物资是否符合要求，确保酒店物资供应链顺畅无阻。4、根据供应商的交货质量、价格、交货期、服务态度，对供应商进行评估，选择有实力的供应商，淘汰低劣的供应商。5、负责与各供应商签订供货合同，并规范供货合同内容，维护酒店利益。6、主持大宗重要商品订货业务谈判与采购工作，并检查合同的执行和落实情况。7、主持或参与采购相关业务的会议，并做好部门间的协调工作。8、积极开发新的供应商和替代新产品，降低酒店经营成本。9、08-09年负责海湾贵宾楼（珠海顶级全海景酒店式公寓）的筹备工作。

1) Manage overall operation of purchasing department to ensure the successful completion of daily procurement tasks. 2) Work with user department to make up annual purchasing pan and the budget. 3) Be familiar with various types of materials for daily uses. Check and ensure the quality and service can meet our requirement, maintain a smooth supply chain for the hotel operation. 4) Conduct assessment for main suppliers according to the quality, price, lead time, service they provided. Improve their services and phased out unqualified suppliers. 5) Be responsible for signing long-term/short-term supply contract. Standardize the content of contract and provide the necessary means to ensure the interesting of hotel. 6) Negotiate with suppliers for the best price for bulk purchase, monitor and track the implementation for the order throughout the entire purchasing activities. 7) Chair regular meeting with user departments to coordinate and ensure smooth and sufficient daily communication internally. 8) Keep developing new potential suppliers and find out alternative product to lower the purchasing cost for the hotel operation. 9) Be in charge the pre-opening for Grand Building of Grand Bay View Hotel (Zhuhai top apartments with full sea view) in year 2008 and 2009.

05年参与塘厦三正半山酒店（白金五星）的开业筹备工作；负责集团（两家五星、一家四星）酒店及其它成员企业食品、餐饮类物资的日常采购及供应商筛选、管理工作。

Hotel pre-opening daily purchasing.Be responsible for Group (two five-star, one four-star) hotels and other members of the food, beverage and other daily consumption items’ purchase.

1）协助采购经理负责日常采购管理，进行周期的市场调查；2）曾具体跟进工程用品、印刷品、各部门百货用品及食品酒水的采购项目。

1) Assist PM manage daily operating purchase job. Do the market survery regularly. 2) Directly handle the daily purchasing of ENG material, collateral,general merchandise and F&B items.
