As a software Engineer of Splunk Shanghai cloud automation team, I totally worked on Splunk cloud product – “Splunk Cloud”. Generally, I am responsible for quality control and quality assurance for Splunk Cloud product, and also take some responsibilities of software testing tools development work and some testing process optimization.• Cloud certification and regressionHave a professional knowledge of product and do certification and regression on product release, find product issue and flaky test cases, cooperate with dev to fix product bug and flaky test cases once feature updated. • Cloud DOMParticipated in cloud DOM project, built the pipeline process, including cloud stack creation from CSMS and test cases running, make the pipeline automated in Jenkins.• Python3 migration compatibleFound python3 related product bug during cloud python3 regression, and cooperate with developer to fix the python3 issues, make the python3 migration success completed.• CSMSTake responsible for CSMS SDK library development and roll it out to other teams.

As a software Engineer of Cisco CABU team, I worked on CMTS(Cable Modem Termination Systems) data forwarding. Generally, I was responsible for Qos feature development, bug fix, and customer case support. My daily work includes researches on the feature implementation, writing code and designing test plan. Fixing bug in product code and communicate with customer to support their issue.
