I now serve as the director of R&D in Wuhan Huaray Precision Laser Co,. Ltd. Before joined Huaray, I worked at Wuhan Raycus Fiber Laser Technologies Co., Ltd. as the R&D engineer after receiving my PhD's degree in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. My PhD's work focused on the ultrafast pulse evolution dynamics in fiber laser, in the area of nonlinear fiber optics and ultrafast optics. I also received Master's degress in NTU and bachelor's degree in physics from Wuhan University, China.In my PhD's studying, the numerical simulation of nonlinear systems and ultrafast fiber laser experiments are half-half. So I bulit solid ability of analyzing the ultrafast and nonlinear phenomenons in ultrafas fiber lasers, both experimentally and theoretically. In my industry job, I'm in charge of the research and engineering of new ultrafast fiber laser products. Till now, our company has the femtosecond fiber laser productions from mW to tens of Watt output power, covering the mainly application in R&D and industry.
