Over 16 years working in elevator industry, as Elevator layout engineer, Sales support engineer (focus on high rise project), Sales support supervisor, Project manager, has improved me great skill in operation, cross department co-ordination and management, streamline processes and procedures, increase business efficiency and effectiveness, and provide better solution to the sales department or customer in time. Over 8 years working in Thyssenkrupp and over 4 years in KONE, most of my job is in high rise team or major project department, also I have accumulated rich working experience in technology, for example elevator layout, elevator system traction calculation, non-standard design, building vertical traffic analysis, etc. In KONE, our team keep in touch with Architecture Design Institute and Electrical and Mechanical Consultancy, and we often talk to them about the challenges of tall building design, and got good feedback from them. Last year, I got the qualification certificate of senior Engineer.
