East China Director• Be in charge of 4 province in east China, manger more than 150 Stores and total staff over 1000, sales volume is above 400M in the region. Regional property, regional HR and 2 OM report to me and I report to China director. • Follow the top line 5 year strategy long term plan to build a operational plan for my region each year in order to achieve the KPI. • Report the KPI and other key point to management team and board team.Property• Be involved in the management team to make a strategy business plan then set the property target and deliver it which Depends on city mapping system. Evaluate feasibility study of each site and check it. Then help property team to negotiate with landlord to achieve 50 stores open in each year.In charge of asset management function to deal with the contract renew and other daily issue with landlord.• Sign off the store layout plan in order to increase operate efficiency and match the brand image.• Be in charge of license function and government PR. Help MD to deal with crisis.Operation• Formulate the ops annual sales and profit budget,then together with marketing function to develop champion promotion to help ops achieve it.• Set regional KPI depends on the strategy plan. Use the performance review system to manage the KPI and achieve it.• Lead regional team to achieve optimal performance both in brand presentation and operational excellence.Develop the same standard in QSC and introduce tools to measure it.• Coach operational management team to improve their working style and performance.HR BP• Help HR to build recruit channel and recruit people in order to meet business development.• Make an annual training plan which base on the training needs research.Then use the training team and consulter to deliver training course in order to develop staff skill.Use the ER system to rewards people.• Develop people through interview and using different communication way to do the staff retention.

Operation manager• Look after east china and south china operation function, total include 6 province and 2 city, be in charge of 120 stores, sales volume over 300M and more than 900 staff.• Make the budget and annual operational plan for south and east. Make sure brand standard be taken in stores by the daily management system. Recruit and develop people in store. Build the total ops system to increase ops efficiency. • Set the target for each area manager and review the KPI with them each month, coach their behavior to improve their performance.• Visit the store each week to understand what is going on in bottom level. In order to make action happen in store.• Join in SM interview and help area manager develop talent.• Manage and develop operational measurement system to help brand standard consistent happen in store.For example mystery shopper.• Help south China director to set up their ops system and daily work• Do site check and offer sales estimate to property
