1. Responsible for the establishment of OHS18001, ISO14001 and safety standardization management system; 2. Responsible for promote 5S works; 3. Responsible for drafting company HSE policy and annual objectives, implementation plan for setting annual objectives and supervision 4. Responsible for the identification of risk sources and environmental factors, make important hazard sources and environmental factors control scheme. 5. Responsible for identify laws and regulations , organize the formulation and revision of the rules and regulations of company HSE. 6. Responsible for formulating the annual training plan, HSE annual inspection plan, annual budget and implementation of safety investment. 7. Responsible for the organization of internal audit and annual periodic. 8. Responsible for SGS external review and customer audit

Responsible for all HSE and 5S management job:(1) Responsible for according to OHS18000 , ISO14000 and National safe standardized management system to build up a safe and reliable operation mode to ensure company comply with national laws and regulations; (2) Through all kinds of activities, training, HSE policy and other methods to improve employee's quality, to promote positive HSE culture；(3) Responsible for set up all departments management responsibilities and supervise each department work conform to the requirements of HSE, responsible for monthly HSE implementation of performance appraisal of each department.(4) Organize employee safety meetings, rules and regulations training and employee awareness education training regularly. Inform all the members when discovering the seriously safety problems, set up the corrective action plans , and report to the GM.(5) Responsible for the customer audit, government inspection and other related work; Responsible for supplier qualification evaluation and site HSE behavior regulation；(6) Responsible for the management of industrial injury accident monitoring, data collection and analysis, for summarize and develop the corresponding management measures so as to promote the company to continuous improvement.

(1) Responsible for all the evaluation, planning, implementation, inspection and audit work of EHS management.(2) Full responsible for 6s implementation work.(3) Set up and hold 6s committee meeting regularly.(4) Set up suitable ESH management procedures, operation processes and inspection record forms.(5) Audit the qualification of suppliers and contractors. Supervise, correct and evaluate the qualified suppliers and contractors regularly.(6) Risk analysis to the production site, develop preventive measures to the potential risk . Responsible for on-site inspection, to prevent dangerous operation , to analyze and improve with relevant management system.(7) Responsible for handling and investigating the cause of the accident, keep records of accident investigation.(8) Responsible for setting up emergency response system , training the employees, and build a company fire team.

(1) Fully responsible for the EHS management work.(2) Responsible for implementing OHS18001 work continued on improving OHS system documentation, revision and implementation of internal and external audit of all.(3) Employees' daily safety education, incident handling, "three simultaneous" of related work.(4) Implementation of 5s management.(5) Implementation of the ISO9001 quality system, audit, hold organizational performance meetings, management meetings, sales meetings and track.
