1. Release order plan for each build 2. Understand and push supplier chain, design change,quality issue to drive material to meet ETA for each build. 3. Collect yield data, FAI.CPK report to evaluate machine, tooling jig... for ramp capacity. 4. Release raw material,design lock down time and ramp start time. 5. Follow up supplier's capacity prepare status 6. Push PE and supplier finish color/appearance/structure limit board signing before ramp. 7. Release CRPO and NQWPO before kicking off ramp 8. Daily track supplier's production waterfall to meet ramp shipping plan.

1. Design internal geometry per ID's requirement. 2. Sourcing supplier to quote and make prototype samples to verify testing and color match 3. Kick off tooling and follow up testing after tooling is done. 4. Solve quality and engineering issue for each build and prepare all engineering paper for setting up supplier chain systerm. Project: High level electrical adjustment table.

Ⅰ.Project Management 1. New product development (1). Ask supplier to quote for Aluminum die casting arm,5 stars base and plastic molded arm,seat plate and cylinder, tilt mechanism and so on then make prototype samples to verify its function,appearance,reliability. provide DFM to frozen geometry before kicking off tooling. (2). Follow up tooling schedule after prototype samples pass testing. (3). Handling all quality and engineering issue for each build to improve structure and appearance requirement. (4). Prepare PPAP(( PSW,PFMEA,CPK,control plan..) for approval prior to moving to mass production. (5). Handle over all finalized drawing, testing&appearance function spec to quality engineer. 2. Current product (1). Evaluate cost inventory and involved components prior to implementing ECN. (2). Follow up repeat tooling until PPAP is approved. (3). Work with QE and logistic to handle shipment delay. (4). Consolidate current parts according to annual usage,unit price,function to optimize current supply chain for cost down purpose. Ⅱ.Supplier development and management (1). Work with procurement,QE to evaluate new&backup suppliers' process capability, cost ,delivery.(2). Audit current supplier and push suppliers to continually improve its cost,delivery. Achievement：1. Provide design solution for the tailpiece of a multi-functional control to solve interference issue. 2. Developed 3 new die casting arms, 3 new die casting 5 stars base,15 cylinders,4 new tilt mechanism and so on. 3. Tilt mechanism, aluminum arms and 5 stars bases consolidation:Sorted current products via function,assembly pattern,unit price,EAU,supplier etc then consolidated some products and suppliers to get less part numbers and lower unit price and easy management. ultimately more than 20 part numbers and total 10 suppliers were discontinued and estimated cost saving will be around 1M USD each year.
