Responsible for all the fuel promotion to maximize fuel margin and volume. Led a 13-person team, including the fuel pricing team, data team, key account management team and the card support team. Started my next role as Executive Assistant to General Manager since Jan. 1st, 2021.  Serve as Executive Assistant to bpPC GM (BP secondee), supporting GM to drive safety and financial performance, help the JV exceed RCOP target in 2021, 2022 and will again exceed the target in 2023. Responsible to provide business advise to GM on different aspects of the business, sit in all the important meetings, help prepare different reports, do business analysis, strategy development and implementation.Currently holding two roles.

Accountable for the delivery and optimisation of safety, financial and operational performance targets across a network of sites. Accountable for establishing a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, coaching their teams for success and developing staff for business succession planning. Key deliverables of the role is to consciously drive and deeply embed throughout the business a customer focused culture.

Responsible for different key accounts, such as Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Peugeot, Getrag, GKN, Federal Mogul, for Castrol Industrial Lubricants. Achieved good sale increase from existing business and developed new big projects through "The Challenger Sale" and Total Cost Ownership.

 Managed the shipyard and other suppliers to ensure the delivery and the quality of all the equipment by effective communication and relationship building Worked in a cross-culture team of three Europeans and three Chinese to ensure the quality and progress of the ship building of two 2000DWT and two 16,500DWT oil tankers.

 Responsible for the export sales in India, Turkey, South Africa and South America and increased sales revenue by more than 40% in one year by applying tailored sales strategies for different regions. Led a cross department project to optimize operation process, reduced the time for loading plan from 5 to 1.5 days.  Introduced a new incentive plan based on sales target, better motivated sales representatives and improved client services.

 Led a 4-member team and reinforce VIP client relationship; achieved more than 60% sales growth. Served as project manager for customized agricultural gearboxes; successfully realized new sales of over USD 2 million per year. Set up a joint venture with our Italian client for gearboxes, led the whole negotiation and company building process. Now this joint-venture accounts for more than 50% of company’s total sales. Led a cross-function team to optimize the manufacturing and export operations along the business value chain, significantly improved quality and scheduling reliability.
