• Responsible for business on providing Non Standard equipment for internal and external customer group • Maintain close relationship with key customer, develop new project and commercial negotiation • At the early stage of the project, coordinate team resource to present the best design concept and finalized price • To collect competitor information and provide more detailed to win project • Kick off project, and build team member: in charge of the project overall planning from cost, delivery, quality • Monthly sales report preparation and sales management , financial system maintaining • Regular customer visit to seek more opportunity

• Mainly responsible for group medical equipment (carts and chassis etc.) sales administration and exported business, customers including Philips, Nxstage, GE etc.• Maintain current customers and develop potential customers, collect information related to new products from new customers and market share etc.• Provide reasonable price based on customers’ RFQ. Coordinate with costing team and customer with DFM and DFA confirmation• Liaise with internal departments effectively (costing, project, plan, engineering, quality, procurement, finance etc.) to meet customers’ request timely• Submit monthly sales report and monitor monthly KPI, ensure the rate of completion, accuracy and level of risks of annual budget, provide effective improvement plans• Ensure timeliness of AR and company cash flow situation, follow customer overdue debt based on monthly report• Maintain sales prices and customer information on SAP system• Provide sales presentations and show product performance when customers visiting, organize satisfied customer events and activities.

• Order management: place orders based on needs and requirements to meet company OTD• Material control: monitor materials pull in push out. cancel etc. issues• Manage supply chain risks, ensure lower supply chain risks and supplier management business etc. • Quality control: control defective material, refund and exchange business etc.• Financial management: trace monthly financial debts and business• PPV management control

Import and Export:1.Responsible for import and export business, customs clearance: Choose forwarder and customs broker based on shipment goods requirement. 2. Deal with shipment problem such as quantity short , inspection by china customs: flexibly process and well communicated with related person the exceptional to make sure account accurate and goods released by china customs smoothly Familiar with import and export process: Able to flexibly handle the exceptionalBusiness Merchandiser:1.Provide quotation for Customer. Quotation needed to consider profit, tariff and trade term.2.Process sales order, check order accurate and negotiate ship date with customer3.Process purchase order, issue PO to vendor and demand ship date and shipment requirement based on experience in practice 4. Invoice issue, open invoice to customer based on requirement from customer and company account policy5.Payment issue, based on payment terms, follow up overdue payment, push customer to remit payment to reduce and prevent bad debt.6.Finance issue, check account receivable and payable with finances Familiar with business process, kinds of trade terms operation processWarehouse management:1.In charge of the goods in and out in warehouse, check QTY and items to make sure consistent with data in the system.2. Stock-taking, monthly responsible to take stock with finance to make sure account is consistent with real objective 3.
