The Lion King, the first mandarine musical of The Lion King will be on stage in Shanghai Disney Resort from June 16,2016. It's one of the most important products of Shanghai Disney Resort.I was invited to join SHDR for the management of The Lion King sales. To build up the sales strategy and sales plan, and accomplish both the sales revenue target and the capacity target. With 3 months of work, all the strategys were successfully built and executed, and the revenue target of Sales has been over completed.

China Media Capital(CMC) is the leading PE company in China's Cultural Industry. With investments like The Oriental Dreamworks, The Voice of China, Gewara, Seven Ages etc, CMC and it's products has deeply into China people's life. CMC invest and join the development of Shanghai Dream Center, with mutiple performance theatres, good shops and restaurants, night life places, Shanghai Dream Center will become one of the most exciting place in Shanghai.I was invited to join in CMC for the management of the culutral venues design and developmeng, the content strategy and the management of the venues in the future.

As one of the direct managed theatre of Eastern Shanghai Broadway Theatre Management Company, Taicang Grand Theatre was open to public from July,2011. I was the Deputy General Manager incharging of Sales and Marketing and Operation since it's pre-openning. We successfully made Taicang Grand Theatre one of the most popular place in Taicang City and built its name in the theatre industry.

Help to develop the theatre chain in China, and act as the exective officer of this Joint Venture which was organized by Eastern Shanghai Group and Nederlander Worldwide company from Broadway,USA.
