1) Lead the accounting team to perform daily accounting process and monthly closing work.2) Work with overseas and domestic companies of Seca Group to prepare monthly consolidation financial reports and Dashboard report. Give suggestions on finance related issues.4) Liaise with auditors and investors to prepare any necessary documents for auditing or board meeting.5) Review contracts, payment requests, etc. to ensure the compliance with internal control policy.6) Cooperate with FP&A team to optimize internal control environment and develop financial forecast as well as annual budget.7) Lead and monitor finance procedures like AR AP aging analyzing, tax filing, and fixed assets physical inventory.8) Arrange funds within the group to ensure the liquidity and solvency of each company.9) Any other reports or tasks required by management.
