The questionnaire and our results were adopted by school of management and were applied to all the other classes who would graduate in 2016; Elaborately planned and chaired the exchanging meeting, inviting 8 guest speakers from my connections on-and off-campus;Worked with other class committee members to develop the specific scholarship evaluation rules, and organized the autumn trip.

Involved in 4 projects from first to end, main tasks included desk research, benchmarking, surveys on dealers and consumers, cold calls, data collection, modeling and so on.Benchmarking in 6 tractor competitors and 10 primary and secondary equipment ones; Coordinated three rounds of interviews with 10 people attended respectively; Wrote 50 interview minutes, interviewed with 20 dealers, made more than 80 effective cold calls; Led the team to finish 105 telephone surveys of tractor consumers and further dug out 6 key accounts;In charge of examining the 5 Stock Exchanges'​ and 7 capital markets' different characteristics and listing requirements, and collected and analyzed all of the IPO profiles and valuation data about 62 companies; Modified and wrote one fourth of the final report in the Didi Taxi project.

Participated in the investment management of CGD project's bank targets and finished 3 reports;In charge of gathering information about four European countries' regulations and policies against the banking industry, formed a question list of 18 issues, collected and summed up 41 issues related to 9 banks, and then delivered all of them to the team in support of their on-site investigation to Europe;Gave support to Fosun's further investment in Minsheng Bank's H shares;Analyzed and Participated in $ 10,000,000 worth of Bank of China’s preferred shares subscription project.
