this is a new position. it is a great challenge to me. but I like it. I am now studying a new simulation software Ls Dyna to simulate the polymer products.it is very interesting.it is absolutely different with metal products that I have been family with.and I am now response to a new project to build its constitutive model and update the new testing platform.all the work is to deeply know this new material and reduce the simulation errors.but most important thing is that I have been in a very great team.

Currently responsible for the stress calculation for the under ground loader.Make some training material of the technical develpment for the design engineers.

Mainly work on the structure stress calculation and strength testing in the factory and in the field.Build up the strain gage testing in PDC china with other colleges.Build up the Fea simulation process in PDC china with other colleges.Work on the stress calculation of the underground loader for hard rock with Finnish college.Work on the strengh testing of the hard rock loaders and some surface drill rig.With the testing data calculate the fatigue life of the machines.Work on the stress calculation of the undergrond loader for soft rock(coal mine)

My mainly job is to finish the structure design of the surface drill rig.And I also do some stress checking of the new design together with Finnish college.

My mainly work is to finish the structure designing and to support the AC department to finish the phototype of the machine.I also need to visit the customers and collect the requiments from them and update the design of the old type machine.At the same time I will help our colleges to finish the stress and strength calculation of the strucute of the new machines.
