Responsibilities: • Analyze weekly container utilization and VAS figures (e.g. compliance check, labelling, etc.) to find the root causes of poor performance and provide solution; • Provide the comparison of different shipment modes to the client to reduce the cost per TEU and shorten dwell time at origin CFS; • Manage order status and lead time from booking stage till outbound stage, and provide the origin KPI report in MBR/QBR; • Lead origin vendors logistics performance review, develop vendor engagement tool to monitor performance trend and deliver continuous improvement; • Collect quote and prepare SOP for each origin or warehouse, and assist the manager to implement new projects as per client's schedule; • Prepare monthly invoice summary of all VAS projects at origin, and make it generate automatically instead of manually; • Setup SOP for origin operation team, and optimize the process and visibility based on client's feedback, keep data accuracy and integrity to achieve client’s milestone; • Audit the warehouse resources for peak season to ensure all projects go smooth, and develop contingency plans to assure efficiency for operation and warehouse team; • Host the vendor conferences and training courses to introduce the new projects, improve vendors' logistics performance, and clear the outstanding payment. Achievements: • Improve Tier 1 vendors' compliance ratio from 60% to 90% in 5 months; • Increase the container utilization from 55cbm to 63cbm for 40'HC in 3 months; • Develop formula for invoice summary to generate automatically with actual figures; • Drive slot time delivery project, and launch it 2 months ahead of timeline; • Design the vendor management tool, and keep on track for 4 years.

Responsibilities:• Verify In-coterms and calculate freights according to different trades and commodities;• Make submissions for all vessels which leave for Russia or North America, and resolve the rejections received from origin customs on time; • Ensure timely and accurate bill capture, amendments, releasing and invoice creation; • Assist manager to confirm and update the SOP in accordance with both policies and requests from the customs and clients; • Analyze and summarize reasons of amendments received from local colleagues or customers weekly; • Instruct new co-workers to make submissions; • Communicate closely with local colleagues and customers in case the discrepancies in bill of lading and manifest. Achievements: • On time complete all submissions successfully and clean vessels once they left the origin ports; • Keep 100% correct bill of lading capture and freight calculation for consecutive months; • Make new co-workers work independently on submission issues in 3 months.
