I'm an industrial engineer of automotive industry, and a leader of a continual improvement team. During the career, I found 3 major advantages of myself: First, I can lead my team to act individually for the target and the supporting, by combining these two work-chains, I can create the DNA of high team efficiency.Second, from the automotive industry, I learned the method of "Lean Production", which is a powerful weapon about high reliability and quality manufacturing.Third, my experience of industrial engineering. I had worked for different kinds of pipelines, I can also handle the "engineering pipeline" of new product/machine/process introduction, by communicating with supply chain and other departments of the company.
