Responsibilities:1. Review and discuss new requirements with business department, and schedule the release plan. 2. Include the pre-conditions to repro the bug, repro steps, actual result and expected result. Verify bugs until it was closed. 6. Configure the back end’s database. Insert, Delete, and update back end’s data based on the front end’s testing scenario. 7. Troubleshooting. Resolve all the issues happened during the whole testing by the logs and test cases’ debugging. Make sure testing environment and automation cases are working well. 8. Analyze the test result, and create test reports. Finish the user manual documents.Achievement：1. Working in different Operation Systems and browsers. Proficient in Windows and Mac system. 2. Responsibilities：This CRM system is used to help customer to manage their sales data, their clients’ profile and other data. It has both C/S and B/S structure, and it also support mobile system. The medical sales could update data in their mobile and then upload the changes to servers by the “Synchronize” function. I supported a famous medical corporation alone from the technical side. It has more than 2,000 users. My job is resolve all the issues the users met during their operation. 1. CRM System Technical Support Organize system training for the customers. Analyze data for the customer. Help users to import and export data into the database, and query data for them. Install and maintain the applications for both the servers and clients; Collect and analyze the new requirements from clients; Respond immediately to emergency situations with sensitivity; 2. Software Testing and Release Discuss the detailed requirements with customers. Write the requirements spec and draft schedule. Design different test scenarios, prepare test cases, and finish the test plan. Test the functionality, UI, performance and data’s validity; Finish all the test reports; Create new installation files for clients; Release new system in the server by schedule. 3. Oracle DBA Maintain the databases: Oracle 9i and 10g. Make sure both the database in server and in clients are working smoothly. Make sure the data displayed in the clients are consistent with the back end. Backup the database and disaster restore. Tune the Oracle’s performance.Achievement：1.
