1、负责香港平台各家公司的财务管理工作，包括进出口平台销售、采购核算、年度预算、资金运作、税收筹划等总体工作；2、负责海外40+子公司的投资、股权管理管理。设计海外的孙、子公司股权架构，为业务发展、对外投资等事项提供分析及决策依据。主要包括政治、税收因素考虑的国家（如阿尔及利亚、刚果等地）子公司搭建。3、负责全球资金归集中心管理及海外资金池搭建与运营。与比利时SWIFT总部合作，搭建海外汇丰、花旗、南标资金池，为公司节省300+万/年财务费用。4、负责集团在香港投融资业务，主要与香港、欧洲（德意志总行、德商总行）、日本（中银日本、东京三菱、三井住友、瑞穗）、美国（美国银行纽约分行）超过20家合作银行和基金公司合作，充分利用境内外资金的差异，外汇的波动，调整境内外融资结构；组织对资金筹措方式进行谈判。5、负责进出口信用证的归口管理，操作应收信用证保理业务和应付的内保外证业务，拉长信用证期限（最长延期到540天）。6、负责三一国际控股H股上市公司的年度业绩发布、公告及股东大会组织工作。负责香港二级市场的操盘与盯盘，主要合作机构包括中金、申万、汇丰金融、交银国际等。7、负责海外税收政策的研究和税收筹划管理，与海外普华永道、安永咨询公司合作，协助公司对海外的税收政策出台优化方案，通过国际转让均衡定价，为公司节税980万元/年。8、负责海外10+家租赁公司的财务管理及经营决策支持。
