1) Analyze current and future business needs. Understand the current business processes, functions, and IT implementations of each market level in the Asia-Pacific region. Derive the general requirements of the new solution. Consistent with the product owner on the following functions: necessary support for the financial product portfolio, business processes and functions, regulatory, legal, and external/internal compliance requirements. During the project operation, responsible for analyzing and decomposing complex new requirements, such as requirements that have a great impact on the complete business/IT ecosystem. Consistent with the product owner, ensure correct and thorough understanding and recommend solutions in terms of functional content, cost/benefit, and implementation strategy (time, risk). 2) Support the preparation, implementation and release of digital product platforms in the Asia-Pacific region. Follow up the collection and refinement of requirements for various functions, and support the communication and coordination of product owners for each different market in the Asia-Pacific region.Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure that the functional design also sustainably meets non-functional requirements, such as scalability (performance under load), availability (24x7), security, reliability, IT operations (monitoring, event management) , System deployment, system configuration).Ensure that the overall design best balances functionality, non-functionality, architecture, compliance and cost requirements. 3) Maintain good communication with external suppliers/partners. Discuss and adjust solutions with the market, region, headquarters and suppliers to achieve the best solution for BMW to support the product owner. 4) Functional testWork closely with the test team to adjust and support the design of the test for different situations. Support the creation of end-to-end test scenarios with market function owners.
