@Planning•Coordinate the budget, forecast and multi-year planning process•Understand and document the main assumptions that effect the planning•Provide historical data and templates to the planning departments, cross check their planning and prepare the result for approval by the GM•Develop the overall P&L budget and analyze the main effects influencing the financial performance@Monthly results•Perform the monthly reporting according to corporate and local requirements•Compare actual to budgeted figures, explain deviations by type of cost, product and department and propose countermeasures @Cash Management •Prepare the yearly and monthly cash plan in cooperation with sales and purchasing departments and considering the planned investments•Identify potential gaps and discuss how to close them with treasury department•Avoid excessive cash and propose dividend distribution to the GM•Calculation base and sales controllingPropose the allocation of the departments’ cost to the types of overhead to the GM•Identify the overhead rate of the functionsReview price requests from sales@Financial Statements•In time preparation and quality level of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Financial Statements@Audit and Compliance•Support internal/external auditors in statutory or voluntary audits and make sure audit findings are being fixed and remediated to be in compliance with local GAAP/IRFS. •Monitor financial transactions in the company to make sure internal corporate compliance standards are being followed
