Company Locations：GUANGZHOU | Department：Operationl | Reports To：Dep.Manager | Subordinate：0Responsibilities & Achievement：1.Take charge of sales support for whole sales team in south china; coordinate the communication and cooperation between the internal / external departments( finance, marketing, supply china, technical, logistics ) 2.Full well on sales administration management，such as daily order processing: communication with customer, order entry，quotation, complaints, advice, delivery, logistic coordination; 3.Take charge of sales data statistics, summary and analysis（weekly ,monthly and annual report), and arrange order to supply chain according to sales forecast ; 4.Assitant maintain customer(distributor) relationship, keep in good communication; 5. Updating customer information in time, and ERP system maintenance； 6.Assist sales team and finance department to manage accounts receivable（payment , forma invoice); 7.Responsible for the daily administrative affairs in south china（sales meeting, annual meeting / travel, office supplies procurement，equipment management, qualification change, cost control ) ; 8.Other job responsibilities assigned by the manager.
