Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for corporate financing, and in charge of Finance, Legal and Procurement Departments • Work with CEO to seek and negotiate with local investors • Coordinate termination of VIE structure, return of red chips, and set-up of employee stock holding entity, etc. • In charge of Finance Department, including internal policy and process, reporting and auditing, finance management and controlling, etc. • In charge of Legal Department, including contract review, intellectual property protection, lawsuit, etc. • In charge of Procurement Department, including production, out-sourcing procurement, etc. Key Achievements: • Optimize corporate shareholder structure, and realize financing of RMB 200+ million • Coordinate exit of overseas investors, and termination of overseas structure • Working capital loan of RMB 26 million from banks • Nearly RMB 10 million rewards from Beijing Cultural Assets Management Office, Shijingshan Bureau of Finance, etc.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure management of finance activities for NNCP, HK office and Taiwan office, NNST • Expenses reimbursement, business ethics compliance, spending controls and other business finance supports • Timely reporting of Statutory Accounts in line with PwC audit and Novo Nordisk Accounting Standards for NNCP (including TJ), NNST • In-Mkt sales analysis for decision-making, distribution audit and expenses audit • Sarbox compliance, Finance Policies review and internal controls enhancement • Finance projects to optimize process and improve efficiency and effectiveness for departments Key Achievements: • Improve closing flows: reduce expenses reimbursement checking by 3 days • Distributor profit review to support Commercial Department in channel management • Provide consultancy support to other teams to smooth their work flow and improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Track sales performance and KPI index of each BU and region, identify performance trend and growth drivers • Track the usage of channel resource and A&P resource, analyze efficiency and effectiveness, and provide support for decision-making • Participate in annual budget, responsible for department general expense and other expense, administration and HR expense, etc

• Carry out commercial and financial due diligence, analyze financial and operational situation of projects • Conduct research on target market, and analyze forecast of the projects including risks • Coordinate with relevant parties to put forward project progress
