My name is Lvjingwen, I will graduate from Victoria University Business College with an Accounting degree. I dream of being a management accounting of a multinational enterprise because I believe I have relevant knowledge and the capability. Hard skills often determine whether a person can get into an industry successfully, because only the person have these skills that the position require,he or she can complete its work(Fan&Wei, 2005).Through training, I have the ability to collect and process information, and besides, I can also use computer to handle relevant accounting tasks. I can effectively communicate with foreign partners and write in writing. Soft skills are harder to get, and it tends to determine whether your achievement in this industry is mediocrity or excellence(Shuayto, 2013). When I am working as part of a team, I can get along well with others and become the glue of the team. The atmosphere of our group is always easy and efficient, because all team members don't argue against opinions. Besides, when I need to complete a task individually, I can capture the core of the problem accurately and gather information to solve key problems. For example, I led our team to find the core breakthrough in a team work in my sophomore design innovation project. I also have a good relationship with my customers and using it to develop my own business. I hope that my hard skills and soft skills will be effectively used in the future career. Furthermore, I will constantly seek progress, learn new skills to improve my competitiveness through reflection.
