• Take care of 3 platforms，BMW(G2X project),Geely&Volvo(CMA1.5 project), Volvo(V331&SPA Gen3 project), GM(E2UL,D2UX CSS&GEM). Among which G2X,D2UX CSS&GEM are globalprojects,weekly review is required with poland team and USA team.• Be involved from quotation to end customer to order taken. Be responsible from RFQ, supplier selection, component development and validation till project SOP. Make sure the component development is in accordance with project timeline, and no delivery issue.• Lead the Dutch auction in Oct 2017 on Machining parts for SGM, Volkswagen & Volvo. The saving is CNY 8.6 million compared with target purchasing amount through auction.

• Take care for Machining and plastic parts, bring saving for company through technical improvement and re-sourcing, and weekly report the progress to site general manager. • Completed 4 re-sourcing and supplier validation, and 1 technical improvement (change molecular sieve of dessicant bag), brings saving as CNY 6.35 million. • Work with SQA for supplier quality improvement.

• Take care of local package (carton & anti-counterfeit label), and partial imported raw material(including lactose, inulin &vanila flavor). Lead the price negotiation for local package and supplier introduction. Successfully bring in 2 package supplier and 1 agent for raw material. • Attend daily cross-function meeting on behalf of Procurement to negotiate quality & delivery issues related to package and raw material.• Lead contract negotiation and renew for supply agreement & claim agreemen.• Full participation in the 2015 package bidding , including supplier selection, RFI , RFQ, data analysis and final negotiation.• Support new project on-time launch, including anti-fake sticker upgrade, localization of imported product packaging & Sam’s club customized packaging solution.• Participate in lean projects. Ideas for adding color stamp to shipper is adopted, benefit for strengthening visual management.

• Work in Jabil GZ’s HP printer workcell, Be responsible to purchase electronic components( connector, capacitor & resistor), ensure material supply. • Control inventory, by reaching high VMI rate(85%) with key suppliers like molex.
