China's International TradeProf. Dazhong Cheng (程大中教授)Department of World Economy, School of EconomicsThis is a literature-based course mainly discussing the history and current situation of China's International Trade. Topics referred to in the course includes characteristics of China's goods and service trade, GVC analysis and the ongoing US-China Trade War. As the teaching assistant, I organize the discussion lessons and guide the students with different cultural and academic backgrounds to prepare presentations based on given empirical papers.

Econometrics (Fudan International Summer Session)Prof. Shi Qiu (邱实教授)School of EconomicsThis is an introductory econometric course taught in English which includes basic OLS, diagnosis of regression results, solutions to endogeneity (instrument variable and difference in differences) and panel data model. The students come from all over the world. I am responsible for holding live STATA sessions once a week to ensure the students master the coding skills related to the regression models and estimation methods. Also, I write the solutions to the problem sets and grade the students' homework online.

Participated in the issuance of 6 IPO projects, introduced and explained the relevant rules in the issuance of new shares to institutional investors, and answered 80-100 telephone inquiries per day on average.Participated in 3 private placement projects, assisted clients in organizing roadshows, assisted lawyers in reviewing investor qualifications, and organized investor materials.Assisted in writing pitchbook, making fundamental valuations of companies to be listed, and making company business brochures.Used WIND database to sort IPO-related data and new regulations, and presented departmental weekly reports
