1. 9+ years of experience in the field of surgical robots, with the professional knowledge and industry experience accumulated from the dual background of doctors and engineers, proven ability to develop, research, and consult on medical robots in five major tracks (mainly laparoscopy, orthopedics), conducted more than 70 interviews for FA, VC, media, etc.2. 6+ years responsible and participating in the full life cycle management of surgical robot, including: NSFC (National natural science foundation of China) Project – ATP and R&D – Clinical trials and Registration – post-marketing operation, promotion and product improvement;3. 2 years of management of 20 people including product and clinical teams, formulate product line strategies and carry out full life cycle management;4. Experienced clinical trials of 4 class III medical products, resulting in the certification of 2 products and the green channel approval of 2 products (both are Class III active products); Familiar with the product registration certificate process under the NMPA quality management system; In-depth participation in the first surgical robot company from obtaining a certificate to IPO listing;5. Fluent in English and possess an excellent command of written English and trained in scientific writing (including medical and engineering terminology); skilled use of Materialise series, Adobe series, Office series, mind map, office and software.
