一、現場管理1. 每日倉庫現場出入庫進度，裝車及發運進度跟進管理；2. 發運路線調整與優化；3. 運輸時效的管理與改善；4. 運輸交接單/貨運單審核與簽署；5. 倉儲作業效率提升相關措施組織與實施；6. 作業現場5S與安全管理；7. 外包公司周例會主持、召開。二、費用管理1. 根據部內和科內的總指標制定本倉庫倉儲與運輸費用預算；2. 定期運費、緊急運費審核與結算；3. 勞務費、倉庫設備維護費、低值易耗品品費用管理。三、設備維護管理1. 倉庫作業設備不足的申請、採購；2. 倉庫作業相關設備日常管理；3. 倉庫相關設備故障維修推進。四、統計與分析1. 倉儲/運輸數據統計與維護管理；2. 外包公司月度PDCA召開；3. 倉庫物流費用分析；4. 定期發運體積統計。五、其他業務1. 經銷店運輸問咨詢與投訴對應；2. 運輸異常情況（天氣/道路）反饋，並及時跟進處理；3. 年中/年終盤點組織實施；4. 零件到貨差異、破損反饋調查。
