蒙古族，博士，副教授。1973年生于内蒙古哲里木盟（现通辽市），科尔沁区人。现任内蒙古民族大学音乐学院党总支副书记，中国音乐家协会会员。1996年毕业于内蒙古民族师范学院艺术系音乐教育专业留校工作。2006年考入中央民族大学中国少数民族艺术专业，2009年以《科尔沁蒙古族萨满仪式音乐研究》获得法学硕士学位。2010年考入天津师范大学博士研究生，以《中国少数民族优秀传统文化中伦理道德教育资源研究》获得法学博士学位。现主要承担本科和研究生的《民族音乐学概论》、《中国民族民间音乐概论》、《艺术概论》等教学任务。
