Additional role to product manager- Provide the end to end solution of the EMS/OSS system for China Telecom (CTC), such as 5G rollout and NFV/cloudification evolution.- Support sales team in tendering, answering customers' requirements and specifications, analyzing market opportunities.

- Analyze customer requirements, figure out the business value, create product strategy, roadmap, and manage product lifecycle and evolution;- Support pre-sales and market to promote sales, demonstrate new features to customers;- Focus on serviceability and reliability domain to increase NetAct revenue and reduce OPEX;

- Scrum team level requirement and project management, including analyzing requirements from product manager, creating user stories, prioritizing tasks, demonstrating output, and improving components or modules quality;- Maintaining team’s backlog, bring bridges between product manager and scrum team;- Cooperate with project manager and release manager, and coordinate works with different scrum teams, to make sure the features or user stories delivered on time with quality.

Develop and maintain OSS product components. Be responsible for module design and implementation, system integration and unit and functional test as well as test automation activities.

Work in Nokia Chengdu system platform team, and take responsibility for module design and implementation, robot test and test automation.
