1. Consultant, Zhuhai RHIN (regional healthcare information network) May. 2010~Mar.2011 As a business analyst, engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze user’s requirement. Responsible for EMPI (enterprise master patient index) and EHR (electronic healthcare record) systems. Final proposal was accepted by the client. Work with agriculture and the chief engineer to develop the feasibility study. Responsible for EMPI system. Final report helps the client successfully getting government funding. Provide technical consultation for China Telecom in implementing the solution. Project intro: This project aims to enable Zhuhai citizens to see doctors and inspect their healthcare record in all hospitals in Zhuhai using one single card. It involves almost all hospitals in Zhuhai. 2. Project manager, EHR Sep .2009~Mar. 2010 PM to plan, design, and lead the engineering team to release EHR system demo version on time.  Hands-on programming of code generator and data access layer. Project intro: Based on Web 2.0, powers patients to access all of their healthcare record. Final release was demonstrated after Zhuhai’s NPC &CPPCC, and was approved by the major to start the RHIN project. 3. Project manager, EHR mobile May.2011~now Work with Danish partners to create program plan. Advocates User-Driven software development pattern, organize workshop to gather users’ requirements for the product.  Design and lead the engineering team to implement the system. Project intro: cross-nation collaboration, develop a mobile version EHR. Project is sponsored by the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality, and would be deployed in Renji hospital.

Carry out the development of a data integration platform, which is used in over 10 large general hospitals. Designed and developed data modeling system, access control system, web service and DICOM gateway.Tools/skills: Eclipse RCP, Java, C#, SQLServer.
