1. Receiving and responding on change request from supplier/internal -Drive the approval process with internal stakeholders -communicate the result of the request to the supplier,go/NoGo and e.g timeframe 2.Follow up the progress of the SPAPP activities related to the supplier -Request relevant supplier PPAP documents which will demonstrate evidence of the supplier quality planning, controls and verification results -Ensure that all quality requirements are understood by the supplier -Assess and give approval of the SPPAP documents and upload to SAP -Sign PSW and send it to the supplier as an approval for mass production 3. Supplier claim handling -Evaluate failures against the part specification and Danfoss non-part requirements -Identify if the failure is a recurrence -Issue claims to the supplier and follow up the activities -Control the containment,correction and preventive actions are implemented,verify and validate 8D4. Supplier and internal NC handling -Lead supplier NC handling and corrective action validation -Lead/support internal NC dispositions and root cause analysis -NC review and reporting 5. Handle supplier request of waivers -Collect relevant information about deviation -Secure relevant functions to give input before final approval -Secure supplier waivers being signed by responsible person 6. Conducting technical audits at supplier -Lead supplier performance validation and improvements 7. Customer complaint handling -Drive engineering,process and production team to analyze root cause and provide improvement actions -Review and finalize 8D report to customer -Keep track and monitor improvement actions to ensure them effectiveness on production line

1.组织、协调、推进公司内部的持续改进活动，包括6 Sigma、精益生产, 确保持续改进活动能得到有效地开展；2.负责来料、过程、出货的质量控制和推行，以及实验室的校准；3.负责供应商质量管理和改善,以及新供应商的审核与开发；4.负责客户投诉及退货的处理；5.建立和优化质量的流程和ISO9000体系管理、内审和第二、三方审核；6.负责品控部门绩效考核，人员管理；

1.组织编写质量体系程序文件与体系文件控制；2.按照管理者代表要求，组织开展内部质量审核，协调外部审核；3.协助管理者代表建立﹑实施﹑保持文件化的质量管理体系； 4.负责监管日常各部门质量管理活动是否符合公司质量管理体系要求。
