◆Graduated from shandong agricultural university with a master's degree in engineering in 2013.◆First job was in shandong kerui petroleum equipment co., LTD., which mainly produced Drilling RIG and petroleum assembly accessories. 6 years of service here.◆Second job was at shandong boyuan heavy industry co., LTD., which mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and service of bridge formwork for road and bridge construction. I served as the manager of the quality department. ◆In both companies, I work in quality control, quality assurance and QMS. The main tasks are listed as follows:-Familiar with the quality control points of machining, welding, nondestructive testing, sandblasting and spray painting of steel structures such as petroleum equipment（Drilling Rig） and infrastructure equipment（Bridge Formwork）, and be able to analyze the causes of quality problems or accidents in a timely manner and give corrective and preventive measures.-Proficient in the physical and chemical properties of different grades of steel: yield strength, impact work, bending resistance and metallographic analysis.- Appointed as Management Representative that oversees the effectiveness and implementation of the whole Quality Management System per API Q1 and 4F/5CT/7K/8C/11E（API Monogram） and ISO 9001/14001/45001. Responsible for maintaining and compliance of the company to ISO 9001 and API Q1.- Supplier quality improvement, including supplier access, performance evaluation, survival of the fittest.- Handling customer complaints, complaints and after-sales quality problems.
