As oversea project manager, I have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of my project.1. Project Bidding: Coordinate between clients, suppliers and internal department (Commercial and technical)2. Project Initiation: Draw up project plan including project scope definition, schedule and cost budget formulating, quality assurance plan, manpower resource and skate holder management, communication and risk plan management and so on.3. Project plan, executing & Monitoring: Team building and management, project control including scope, schedule, cost and quality, risk and purchasing plan control. To ensure the project going on under proper schedule and cost.4. Project closure: Conflict resolution, tracking outstanding issue and make sure all the open items closed on time.5. Invoice and payment collection management;6. Contact with customers frequently to meet the satisfactory of them and maintain well communication with them.As Project Director, I am responsible for portfolio management which involves resources arrangement, revenue management, stakeholder relationship management recruit arrangement and any internal department management.

PM 1.Plan management by requirement of project including schedule management, team member arrangement, risk management, production quality management and so on;2.Material management for schedule under control;3.Hosting meeting and coordinating between inner company and outer customers, making reports such as issue report, C/R tracking list, production tacking list;4. Issue resolving including test and MFG side. 5.EC management and second source phase in process management.

R&D Project Manager1.Responsibility as a Project coordinator; a. Formulate feasibility analysis report by following the RFQ of customers, and assist the sales to calculate the cost of R&D and human input; b. Pre-formualting the reports such as schedule, keypart list, team member list, project plan following the order of our customers, and host the Kick off meeting including customers, relatively factory department and R&D; c. Contact with customers and vendors frequently and tightly, coordinate the department of R&D，operation people and vendors to guarantee the project on schedule; Handle all kind of urgency; d. Collect the bug list left in the stage of design, know the rope of the status of materials to avoid the debug and production plan delay; e. Host issue review meeting, close meeting in all stage. f.MP maintainance until the EOL of the project.2.Responsibility of audit a. Check the relatively files of the vendors; b. Audit the SMT Flow including the practicality of the SOP, safeguard procedure of the OP, operation method of the tooling, the accuracy of the apparatus, the live report and so on; c. For the process of NB battery audit, including packing and cell, I must audit all the suppliers, reporting the issue and asking them to modify in case of having effect on the success rate. 3.2008/01--2013/11 Description as a buyer in department . If there is emergency, reback the information ASAP and modify the schedule. d. In MP stage, allocate the bug and material condition(including electronic components, mechanical components and keyparts)in time, in case that resolve the issues on time. e. Audit suppliers main in factory of NB battery (cell and packing).Recording the issues found in the process of audit and ask them to amend them. f .Formulating the battery SMT process line and setting up the lab of NB battery.
