 Achieve Goal ：under the guideline for management of company ,achieve the quality goal ,and lead the team to solve the quality issues ,receive the requirements from customer and improve the quality lever totally ;； Quality System Implement：According to the quality strategy ,implement ,maintain ,and audit the IATF16949 management system ,carry out the all the standard items annual .as a management representative, according to the standards for management review and internal audit ,and make the corrective actions timely to make sure run smoothly and at the same time update the content of the terms of the quality ,continuously improve product quality under the guideline of PDCA. Device Management : Be responsible to manage all the testing tools and external calibration .make the yearly plan about external and verification .and analyze the date and keep the newest data  Advanced product Quality Planning ：Participate in quality planning in the early stage of new product design to ensure that all spots from R&D to production meet with the quality goals .according to set up the goals for each stages following the SOR from customers and carry out the quality control plan .  Supplier quality management ：Audit ,select new suppliers following to the company internal process .and finish to respect the raw material within 4 hours .and feedback the issues to suppliers timely .and continuously coordination with suppliers. And keep the supplier rate above 95%. Workshop quality management ：Apply various improvement tools (8D,5W1H,6Sigma,etc.)to enhance the process continuously ,through IQC,IPQC,FQC and OQC to control the key quality points and achieve the final goals ,improvement and promotion ,training and guide staffs to operate according to SOP, and make the production meet the requirements of company once qualified.

 质量目标：负责公司项目质量工作，从项目启动到项目结束；制定项目质量检查计划并按照计划对项目质量进行检查，对项目执行中发现问题进行跟踪和整改，保持项目质量年度达标率90%以上。 供应商质量管理：建立《工程项目供应商管理流程》，负责开发、管理、审核工程项目相关供应商；项目初期审核对应供应商，控制零件质量，项目过程中关注采购件质量情况及时沟通解决，保持供应商质量达标率90%以上。 项目追踪：建立项目管理规范，从项目前期客户需求调查和分析，到项目启动、执行、收尾；指定项目计划、规划项目资源、管控项目质量，直至项目验收，特别关注项目的质量情况，保证项目如期量产交付。 标准梳理：负责工程项目部所有流程编写；主要规定项目执行流程以及供应商管理、审核问题；负责部门内部所有项目文件审核；对部门内所有项目的文件进行整理和梳理，直至项目结束归档。 体系维护：推行和维护ISO9001质量管理体系，建立相关文件，定期向总经理汇报质量目标的完成情况和体系运行状况，及时改进质量体系不合格项，顺利完成ISO体系内外审等年度评审工作。 仪量器检测：负责公司项目相关检测量具和测试设备管理，定期进行内外部校准和检定，保持检测设备有效使用。 质量培训：收集质量管理培训需求，组织质量培训（内、外训）提高全员质量意识、提高产品工程和质量管理人员质量管理能力（如：ISO内审员培训、供应商质量管理、质量新旧七大工具介绍等）。

 工作总览：负责公司质量管理策略与体系的规划，确保质量管理能力持续提升，满足公司发展之需要。 体系维护：质量管理体系的维护与改善，确保质量管理体系有效运作，持续优化。  持续改善：负责日常质量管理的统筹安排，参与公司产品生产过程质量改善，解决客诉，满足客户需求。  供应商管理：供应商质量保证能力审核，采取措施促进供应链体系的质量保证能力持续改善。 质量培训：组织开展质量培训与考核提升全员质量意识；负责团队管理，持续提升团队业绩。  业绩亮点：供应商质量合格率从1200PPM提升至800PPM，一次性成品合格率500PPM；品质规范性执行到位。

 工作总览：负责处理生产现场出现的问题，定期召开会议讨论处理方案，后期跟踪方案的实施情况及效果。 体系维护：公司的生产线及仓库Audit 管理，每月1次审核，对审核中出现问题点进行改善跟踪。  新品开发：担当部门NPD 新机种开发，整理Gate review 内容；全程参与新机种proto及 Pilot 阶段开发。 持续改善：主导公司品质改善活动中项目计划的制定、实施、过程监督及后期结果确认，每月向公司总经理汇报。  供应商管理：供应商质量保证能力审核，采取措施促进供应链体系的质量保证能力持续改善,800PPM 质量培训：组织开展质量培训与考核提升全员质量意识；负责团队管理，持续提升团队业绩。  业绩亮点：供应商质量合格率从1200PPM提升至800PPM，一次性成品合格率500PPM；品质规范性执行到位
