- Initiated Cainiao Cloud Warehouse Project, lead BD & Operation team to develop and empower 200+ 3PL company as Cainiao operation partners, which provided 400+ warehouse and over 3 million square meters in 6 months.- In charge of logistics network planning, service product design, supply chain solutions and CP (Cainiao Partner) management.

- Responsible for facility design, capacity and throughput capability for all distribution centers in China; Ensure maximum productivity, quality and service by utilizing engineering techniques and subject matter expertise in the area of facility design, process engineering, work measurement, and lean operations.- Analyzes methods and procedures of current operations to develop standards and best practices for warehouse operations leveraging engineering techniques and experience from North America operations; Ensure that all standards and best practices are consistently applied across the China distribution network and updated as necessary through monitoring of KPIs and visiting facilities on a regular basis.- Identify and develop cost reduction opportunities in end to end supply chain.

- Supply chain network analysis & planning: Setup new distribution center at Wuhan & Chengdu within 3 months, responsible for site evaluation, rate negotiation and warehouse accommodation; In charge of logistics network expansion/relocation plan - Supply chain optimization project management: Initiated “First Mile” project to improve VLT by 26% and fulfillment rate by 30%; Responsible for “Supply chain integration project” with P&G e-comm team; Managed “Service by YHD” project with other dept.- DC operation excellent: Developed SOP and setup best practice KPI for DC operation; In charge of all DC layout design & optimization, study and implemented new logistics equipment, including cost/productivity/manpower analysis etc.

- Project Management: New service launch in China; Ground transportation and domestic commercial line-haul optimization; Facility design and warehouse relocation/expansion plan; Functional operation planning and vehicle & equipment acquisition planning; Model operation process design and implementation; Transit system design and maintenance; CN postal and service area clean-up; Inbound/outbound clearance process improvement; Customer experience development and ancillary service project- Key Account Support: Propose and implement specific logistics solution for key accounts, such as APPLE, HP and Inventec etc.;
