- Responsible for 2 sites’ LEAN, Six Sigma, innovation and Operational Excellence related work, several times of 'Best Site Award' winner of Pfizer global;- Site integration lead to facilitate IT system, way of working and culture transformation during the company’s JV transition and spin-off;- Deploy 'Pfizer Integrated Manufacturing Excellence' production system in Suzhou to upgrade Suzhou manufacturing system, closely working with the global network excellence team;- Drive Suzhou site's strategic planning and policy deployment, and ensure the goals and initiatives can be met;- Support the site leadership team to manage BSC / KPI performance and steer them on the right track;- Cultivate LEAN culture, deliver tiered LEAN, innovation training to all levels;- Build up a strong OE team and develop LEAN talents in Suzhou site;

- Directly report to the general manager and assisting in managing the plant budget and capital investment. - Ensure the effective performance of the operations, including safety, quality, customer service, cost, people and optimization. - Drive operations excellence activities through active application of Lean and Six Sigma principles and tools. - Effectively managing salaried supervisors, technical positions, support personnel and direct labors. - Collaborate with R&D center to facilitate NPI (New Product Introduction)

- Work as the internal improvement consultant to drive the company’s Lean Six Sigma culture change and develop improvement specialists, reporting to the Lean office head. - Responsible for facilitating plant strategy deployment and management system development; - Business partnership with Operations Director and Supply Chain Director to achieve process excellence target; - Steering the plant Lean committee and building 5S and Lean; Providing Lean and Six Sigma training.
