My position is in RMSI business division. What I was responsible of is nuclear instruments. My work is including:Providing field maintenance and troubleshooting.Onsite visiting and checkup the instrument refulary and collecting customer feedback.Conducting technology training to users and dealers, including installation, launching and commissioning.

My responsibility:New product launch Confirming the proper site for new product tryout and following up the tryout and extending the successful cases. Promoting the new technology for new products. Study customer requirement and make the promotion strategy.Getting certifications for the new production based on the correlative laws or regulations. Localizing information of new products and making technical promotion documents.Analyze competitors Studying marketing condition and product technology of competitor. Clarifying the denigrating from competitors.Technical supportAnswering technical problems from the internal or outside. Visit the filed and solving the complicated measuring problem from the site.Work with production centers Collecting advices about products and competitors in China and sent them to product centers. Make suggestion to R&D. Issuing the fresh information from product center.Communication with correlative organization and person Attend exhibitions and associations. Applying and maintaining Demo.

My responsibility:To evaluate bidding documents technically, and list technical deviation, and analyze technical risks.To analyze the technical application request from customers and find solution.To list all equipment of the project and schedule of the project.To implement project, including electrical design, system function definition and analysis.To organize internal inspection and FAT with customer, ensure the quality.To support on site for test & commissioning, ensure the system running properly.To organize technical training, ensure the system maintenance.To prepare technical document and submit to the customer, and get the customer's acceptance.To summarize the project, and share and popularize best experience and solutions about the project.To instruct the fieldwork with telephone.To facilitate knowledge exchange between experts in order to improve the product.
