带领机关综合设施管理部负责华为全球的综合设施管理（IFM），管理业务范围包含但不限于以下内容：1. 全球范围内不同业态（综合园区，制造，办公，仓储，外租写字楼，实验室等）综合设施相关的业务规划，管理模式设计，业务策略的制定；2.

As a BU Manager of business line, the main responsibilities include:- drive profit & loss accountability for the Dep.- develop business plan, strategy, targeted action and profitability in accordance with the general guidelines, the global and local objectives and local governmental policies- monitor and analyze the Business Unit / Line activities against the business plans, analyze the business equation and, if necessary, take corrective actions- plan, implement and control the cost budgeting in cooperation with superior and manage activities in case of deviations- lead employees in agreement with superior (individual development, motivation, training, assessment and feedback),build up technical competences of operation staffs- build up top level relations to the largest accounts in the area of responsibility- responsible for the coordination of projects conducted for local/global clients with the collaboration of other Business Lines- manage all team leader to ensure operation excellence to achieve financial and quality objectives of Dep.- develop new services package and actively support sales team - manage all team leader to maintain routine operations including project scheduling, technical support and monitoring- improve operation quality and optimize operation proceduresAs a fire safety technical manager, the main responsibilities include:- Lead team to conduct all kinds of projects.- Risk consultant and assessment.- Evaluation&audit of existing fire protection system- Review and consultant of fire protection design (Be familiar with fire codes in different regions, such as GB, NFPA, FM, IBC, BS, HK CODE, etc..)- In-service verification- Quality control of FFS construction- Final acceptance of FFS- Property risk assessment- Building and evaluation of EHS management system- Develop and build standardization management of EHS and FFS- Take some lecture and training on fire safety, risk, EHS etc.- etc..
