Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities ：1. Organize Plant Level communications incl. meeting / report, and make protocol/logbook, also effectively follow up the open issues2. Organize the business calendar /schedule of Plant Level, and creating / preparing / gathering the documents needed for the meeting / business trip / event3. Assist Plant Management to manage and follow up the roadmap/commitment of operation area, coordinate and communicate with all departments4. Assist Plant Management for operation area strategy definition and development, and make coordination/implementation and communication in line with system requirements, to follow up the daily operation tasks defined with key stakeholders5. Assist Plant Management for official document release with effective monitoring and information collecting6. Deliver on time all required Documents / KPI / Summary to China Headoffice or Presta HQ7. Organize and prepare for external visits8. Assist Plant Management by coordinating tasks with Local Authorities (translation, documents, visits)9. Support some administration work.10. Define and Implememt the communication strategy internal and external

Responsibilities &Achievements:-Recruitment management, including demand confirmation, post Posting, receiving applications, organizing, and attending interviews, evaluating decisions, communicating with candidates until on-duty.-New employee orientation training, follow-up, and feedback during probationary period.-Implement the training plan for staff transfer and promotion and follow up the evaluation period.-Staff contract management: contract signing, renewal and termination.-Interview with employees on departure, follow up feedback, analysis, and suggestions -Organize, implement, and feedback quarterly staff communication meetings.-Assist to promote company values and carry out special activities, propose to recognize the advanced.-Planned staff activities, enriched staff's life, and improved staff satisfaction.-Update mgmt. meeting reports and follow up actions, reporting to VP business line as in authority matrix.-New plant construction project, including contract negotiation and signing, project tracking and acceptance.-Relations with government, customers etc, reception and coordination work.-Manage expatriate affairs such as foreign expert certificate, work permit, residence permit, house renting and children’s schooling etc. Manage business trips.

-Teach adults English courses, which requires professional knowledge, teaching ability and strain capacity.-Follow up students and make study plan; Establish and maintain a good relationship.-Plan and perform activities every week; Take charge of host, control, and coordination.-Manage foreign teachers; Do some daily communication and transaction.
