Providing law services for corporation clients in their daily managements, including but not limited drafting, checking and amending all sorts of contracts and other legal files; issuing legal opinions towards clients` important decisions; offering advices to strengthen the risk- preventing system of the clients, and attending negotiation meeting on behalf of corporation clients; and 2. Handling hundreds of litigations in court and arbitration institutes, like contracts disputes, civil cases, criminal cases, etc.
