Responsible for sorting out and collecting customer input development information to ensure accurate and complete product development data.3. As the technical window of the company, evaluated various drawings and relevant documents of customers, took charge of the component list of new products and issued BOM in SAP system.4. Made MAPP and manufacturing feasibility analysis (DFM) for new products according to customer drawings for evaluation.Design new project packaging.5. Responsible for DV verification in the early stage of product development, coordinated the preparation of various process fixtures and relevant documents ready, summarized debug report according to experimental results, and held regular meetings with customers to formulate improvement measures to avoid subsequent occurrence.6. Responsible for client feedback, problems encountered in the process of experimental verification, analysis and solution of production process problems.7.PPAP and SOP stage are responsible for issuing internal ECO to implement changes according to ECO issued by customers or relevant processes of the company.8. Lead the submission of PPAP data: input and submit IMDS data and review supplier IMDS.9. Led SMCR meetings, responsible for supplier PCN changes, and submitted SCR requirements to customers.10. Coordinated sourcing to find alternative materials for customers and took charge of localization of components.11. Understand TS16949 and the concept of five tools as well as lean production
