Driving seam sealing product, solution and technology developments for the Fabrics division, meeting business needs of Asia pacific and Europe seam tape market. Lead team drive/support multiple projects (global and AP base) and monitor the performance of these projects to ensure delivers meet target, including estimate the costs, resources, and timeline. In charge of technical support activities to the customer, by driving technical services projects and building project best practice. Coordinate FAB division R&D practice compliance with China government requires on "High-New-Technique-Enterprise" (HNTE). Develop and maintain seam sealing technical expertise on advances and innovations in research and science.
