1996年毕业于成都理工大学，2007年取得云南大学法律硕士学位。曾受昆明理工大学聘请，为学生讲授《刑法学》、《公证律师与仲裁制度》等课程。2001年开始从事专职律师工作，现为北京市北斗鼎铭(昆明)律师事务所权益合伙人，云南省律师协会律师业务指导委员会和金融证券保险业务研究委员会委员，昆明市律师协会金融证券保险专业委员会委员。长期致力于企业法律风险管理的研究与运用工作，担任过多家企业的常年法律顾问。执业理念:要做事，先做人。
