根据集团公司的战略和目标，制定公司的年度工作目标和经营计划，促进战略的实施和落实；负责企业的全面运营工作，组织确定各职能部门的年度工作目标，落实经营计划；完善公司组织构架和工作流程，组建高效团队，落实工作标准和考核体系；负责品牌建设和宣传推广，制定市场开拓规划；整合线上线下销售渠道，制定全渠道销售策略和计划；确定产品定位，参与商品企划和产品的设计开发；与集团公司及关联企业的协调和外部交流沟通。

负责与意大利设计师进行沟通，并甄选订购系列产品；组建国内运营团队和组织构架，负责包括品牌推广、市场开拓、运营管理等工作；与国内厂商建立合作关系及日常管理工作。

负责控股公司与下属子公司的协调，配合总裁完善控股公司的组织构架及内部资源的整合；担任控股公司新开发的品牌项目负责人，组建团队并进行市场拓展和日常运作；负责控股公司的相关制度建设和行政管理工作。
