•Responsible for the maintenance of the Suzhou plant network, keep the smooth operation of the plant network, reduce unplanned downtime. Coordinate the Global team to resolve local issues and help the Global team localize network-related changes•Mobility management and customized apps enabling for the productions, including iOS-based production client platform, and new approved OS platform in the future. •Perform project manager responsibilities for the localization implementation about local projects and Global projects. •According to the project needs to develop the corresponding project implementation plan, phased project management, to ensure that the project in an orderly manner •Rationally deploy resources and respond positively to planned changes that occur during the project •Keep track of the progress of the project, follow up the progress of the project and report back to superiors in timely, make sure that the project is completed on schedule •Actively communicate the progress of the project with the user and maintain the good relationship between the infra team and the Suzhou users

• Follows established ITIL basis and related support processes, identify the technical problems and resolution on the workstations (Windows based and thin client) and related infrastructure, keep the security level, e.g. approved patching can be applied into the workstation range in a time manner. • Maintain a high degree of knowledge of almost consulting offerings and services, including off-shift and weekend support functions as needed. • Technical and operational advice to other members of staff developing IT dependent projects and systems, specification, ordering and installation of equipment and software • Perform the basic asset management workflow, submit the purchasing orders, follow the delivery duration and stuff receiving by the defined SOP• Perform the effective communications as project needs. • Execute the requested network setup on Cisco network devise and tuning of configuration methods to further streamline the sub-devices installs• Executed the requested platform implementations (Server/Storage/Backup) and maintain the standardized configurations across the areas, manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure based on ISA-95 in a highly available 24x7x365 multi-data center environment • Troubleshoot certificated automation application and system associated with IT/EG Automation staff, perform interactions to quickly resolve live-site and supportive system incidents by infrastructure perspective

·维护数据中心设备信息（包括设备型号、名称、存放位置）文档，规范本地数据中心布局，帮助本地IT团队更好的管理资产·维护本地机房设备的布线情况文档，减少故障响应时间，完善本地 IT 的团队结构·加强本地IT团队与Global IT Platform团队的沟通，帮助本地IT团队更好的管理平台请求·维持数据中心的稳定性，在数据中心发生故障时及时响应（7*24）·协调global团队资源，反馈本地用户问题，排查并解决本地数据中心问题·为数据中心具体故障出具Root Cause 文档，完善事件响应流程·沟通本地客户，根据实际情况编写本地IT相关项目的文档

·依据项目方法论负责软件和系统架构的整体设计·维护与软件功能相关的文档·经常与客户就特定需求进行沟通，并且与项目经理探讨其可行性·利用数据库工具（SAP Power Designer）完成日常任务
