As a senior system engineer, starting from algorithm definitions to architecture HW/FW mapping. And deeply focusing on designing the whole system TX/RX base-band signal process chain algorithm, being very experienced in debugging and issue-shorting during Lab/field test for the customer of world top 1 phone vendor.II). Detailed duties: the architecture designing and system algorithm researching, design document and reference platform deliver, performance promote and key customer ticket analysis and solve, such as related feature of Channel estimation, parameters estimation, MU-MIMO,TM9,PBCH-IC of FeICIC,4RX,eMBMS,5G NR PBCH reception, NR architecture memory design.

The system algorithm and architecture researching of the LTE-A mobile chipset: such as the whole system algorithm’s performance, the power consumption and ASIC die size cost researching and new wireless technology study.II). Detailed duties: the system algorithm researching, fixed/ float-point algorithm designing and performance promotion, such as Baseband, DFE and RF calibration modules.

Perform research in the area of wireless communication mainly focusing on 4G LTE and LTE-Advance PHY algorithm of the eNode-B station.Duties:I). Float/Fixed-point baseband algorithm researching: such as BF (Beamforming), NF(Null Forming), MU-MIMO(Multi-User MIMO),CoMP(Coordinated Multi Point Transmission/ Reception),TM9 and AC(Antenna Calibration)).II).
