Responsibilities：1. Understand and identify customer demand and drawings; translate into internal product control standards to release NPIK;2. Release BOM and process flow chart;3. Evaluate ability of products process and potential defects to release PFMEA;4.Organize process engineer and packing engineer to workout workshop Layout, Work instruction packing instruction and evaluate if they are feasible to the production line;5. Take leadership of project team from NPI to mass production;6 Act as an Engineering window to customer and ownership of internal ECN;Achievement：Be responsible for the projects of customer: Lifescan、Motorola、Microsoft、RIM、Nipro、ASUS.

Responsible for notebook mechanical research and development, form parts production to assembly validation1. Assist manufacturers and quality supervision;2. Find and solve bugs hiding in the design;3. Prototype machine samples assembly and testing.4. Assist assembly plant on volume production and problem solving.Achievements：Work with team and guide 4 models notebook to mass production. Mainly be responsible for K70 notebook project.
