• Collaborate with distributor to develop annual ITM plan, strictly control the trade marketing budgets, accurately and timely communicate with distributor on action plans and support, ensure the projects are delivered efficiently in promotion and channels to attain business objectives and increase in sales;• Working closely with the distributor, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, POS materials (Gift Box/Wine Stopper/Glass/Wine Display) and presentations for different channels. Manage internal process of procurement, production, transportation and timely delivery of the sales collateral;• Take lead on events planning and implementation to ensure all events successfully contribute to company objectives and overall goals, organize and plan the Campus Tasting Roadshow/Distributor Partner Wine Dinner Roadshow, prepare to join the different Wine Show like Wine Australia Roadshow, Decanter, Prowine and Vinexpo.• As a winery representative to present the brand story and products in different activities such as end consumer in - store Tasting and Ole Member club Tasting to recruit consumers.

Shenzhen

• Lead the events implementation to ensure all of them comply with company policies, procedures and regulations and priorities effectively for 100% delivery such as the fine dining Wine Dinner in 5-Star Hotel/Grand Wine Tour Tasting/Thematic Wine Party/Master of Wine Seminar/Annual Gala Dinner;• Organize and coordinate with related parties, merchandising, trade marketing, sales team and local partners to ensure the events be smoothly implemented like the Distributor Partner Wine Event to recruit more sales opportunity in different cities in Guangdong/Hubei/Hunan/Fujian;• Control event cost within planned budget by negotiation with third parties and agencies to make sure cost effectiveness, always striving for cost reductions by given good quality;• Conduct event feedback to be analyzed and quickly communicated to increase the quality of future projects.

Shenzhen

• Provide the administrative supports to Sales Team, follow up sales contract, wine selection, customer correspondence, sales report and statistic;• Assist the Sales Team for promotion plan, promotion tent card and wine list printing, collect the RSVP of wine event, stock allocation and A&P allocation; • Regular update the sales report, prepare related sales pivot table and sales report according to the request;• Coordinate with inter department for effective customer service.

Shenzhen

• Proficient in building services and decoration skills and experienced in lectotype selection and specification, qualified for solving on-site technical problem during construction；• Acquaint with bidding process in real estate industry and open tendering, analyzing bidding documents and providing corresponding technical designing solutions and proposal;• Assisted to scheme the annual corporation meetings.
