I am responsible for the rigid unit daily operation. The rigid unit is a autonomous production unit. There are including engineering, maintenance, quality, production. Total are 4 supervisors, 3 shift leaders, 7 technicians in APU. Responsibility:1. Ensuring the APU operation targets meet the company goal;2. Set the reasonable performance target to spirt staff motivation;3. Make the decision for the emergency issue or important event; 4. As the communication window contact with other departments;Key Performance：1. Through effective people management and planning adjustment improve the productivity level from 43.5 to 48.8;2. Co-work with engineering team to reduce the steel wire scrap, the result is the workshop scrap was decreased from 5.3% to 4.8%, and the steel wire scrap was reduced from 2.1% to less than 1.5%;3. Cooperate with EHS department building the regular safety training and audit improvement action to ensure no industrial accidents occur in past 9 months;

1. Daily operation management, including production plan monitor, 6S and GMP check, team attendance management, OT control and abnormal case handling.2. Collaboration. Close collaboration with cross function departments, co work with related department for abnormal case monitoring and problem solving; also act as contact window of manufacture department when new products/projects phase in.3. KPI management. Monitoring performance for every team members, from different dimensions including quality, efficiency, safety, compliance and innovation, make fully communication monthly.4. Target oriented. Analysis company target and break down to tasks and measurable targets, deliver to team members to make sure everyone fight for the same target.5. System documents maintain. Act as owner of NC, CAPA and ECR, responsible for quality document update in system.6. Recruit support. Make headcount evaluation and budget based on projection, support HR on recruiting, and provide trainings for new employees.7. Project transfer. Timely feedback for pilot run projects, dig out problems and feedback to project team, optimize process before mass production.8. Internal audit. Audit other department as an internal auditor, cooperate with quality department in external audits.
