-Build up HR systems for new plant in Mexico independently;-Plan and operate daily HR tasks for Mexico plant, including HR strategy, C&B, recruitment, training, evaluation, etc.-Supervise HR function for Mexico plant in partnership with plant manager;-Act as business partner for Suzhou headquarter for organization development and efficiency improvement;-Responsible for talent review and development for managers and high-potentials;-Responsible for culture building and communications;-As internal consultant to help business unit to find and conduct solutions.

- Act as Business Partner for operations departments to provide HR consultation and supportanalyze HR data from different perspectives and generate strategical solutions for organization development and talent development- Promote and champion company culture to build healthy workforce- Manage staffing and training according to company high-level operation strategy- Supporting business development from HR perspective, including labor relationship management, recruitment, C&B and training management;- Take responsibility of regional HR programs execution in campus
